WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS & DUTIES?
We ship from Cyprus, so if you’re an international customer you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country.

WHAT CURRENCY IS USED ONLINE?
All prices are charged in EUR.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Yes, but you have to inform us within 24hours of receiving the package. And you have to send it within 5 business days. For more information read our full Returns Policy CONTACT US.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?
Please EMAIL US with your order number and a photo of the fault within the first 24 hours of receiving the package. Once we receive your request, we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. Please have in mind that we always send a photo of the garment before posting it to you, as a proof of good condition.

HOW CAN I USE A GIFT CARD/PROMO CODE?
When you’re ready to checkout and looking at the items in your cart, click proceed to checkout. You will then have the option to add your gift card or discount code to your order. Please note, only one gift card or discount code can be redeemed per order. Gift cards have a 6 month expiry from the date of purchase and are not redeemable for cash.

CAN I CHANGE MY GIFT CARD?
Our team starts processing orders immediately after they are placed, please email us with your order number within the first 24 hours of the purchase. Once we receive your request, we will arrange a refund for you or the change you wish. Requests after 24hours will be denied.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched in the next two business days. During busy periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays on the dispatch of your order.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Our team starts processing orders immediately after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that your requested changes can be made to your order prior to shipment. Please make sure you choose your items carefully and add the correct shipping before placing your order. If you have an urgent change contact our team straight away and we’ll try and assist with any change requirements, as once the order has left our premises we are not able to make any changes.
